Wholesale Account Registration Requirements
PhazeLock™ wholesale accounts are available to qualified businesses and are subject to review and approval.
Minimum Order Requirement
All wholesale orders—including opening orders and all future orders—are subject to a minimum order value of $1,000.00 USD. Orders that do not meet this minimum do not qualify for wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing applies only to case quantities.
Approval & Required Documentation
All wholesale applications are reviewed prior to approval. To be considered for a wholesale account, applicants must provide the following documentation during registration:

Valid Business License

Signed and dated W-9 form

Sales Tax / Resale Certificate, where applicable
Applications submitted without the required documentation, or with incomplete or invalid information, will not be approved for wholesale purchasing.

Wholesale orders are ACH only.
Due to thin, volume-based pricing, credit card payments are not available for wholesale purchases.
Optional Payment Methods may be available in the future.
Submitting a wholesale registration request does not guarantee approval. PhazeLock™ reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its sole discretion and to modify wholesale requirements, pricing, minimums, or payment terms at any time.
