These terms apply to all users, including individuals and businesses purchasing our products for temperature-sensitive shipping.

Product Use and Responsibility

Our Products are designed to maintain warmth for temperature-sensitive shipments, such as live animals, plants, or perishables. It is your responsibility to:

• Select the correct product and quantity for your shipping needs, considering seasonal conditions.
• Follow our Best Practices Guide for proper storage and use to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct tests in your specific shipping setup before use to verify suitability.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Ordering and Payment

• Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM MT. Orders placed by 12:00 PM MT are typically shipped the same day, subject to carrier pickup schedules.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely through our website. You agree to provide accurate payment information. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties.
• Pricing Accuracy: We strive to display accurate pricing. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders and will notify you promptly.

Shipping Policies

• Domestic Shipping: USPS, UPS, and FedEx are used for domestic shipments. Orders placed by 12:00 PM MT typically ship the same day. USPS delivers to PO Boxes; UPS and FedEx require a residential or business address. Incorrect addresses may incur a correction fee of over $27.50 per box, which will be passed on to you.
• International Shipping: For Canada, check estimated shipping costs at checkout or email info@phazelock.com  for a personalized quote. For other countries, provide your shipping address, product details, and quantity for a tailored quote. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are your responsibility.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow a few hours for carrier updates to appear.
• Alaska and Hawaii: Additional charges may apply for non-USPS shipping. We’ll notify you if extra fees are required, and you may request a refund if unsatisfied.

Refund and Return Policy

• Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered, as you are responsible for ordering the correct product and quantity. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping and payment processing fees. Please review our Best Practices Guide before requesting a refund.
• Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for UniHeat Shipping Warmers or phase change materials due to unverifiable storage conditions post-delivery.
• Returns: If a return is approved, ship the item to:

  You are responsible for non-refundable return shipping costs. Items must be in resalable condition. Use trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days, minus applicable fees.

Limitation of Liability

PhazeLock LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of goods during shipping due to improper use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
