If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued as credit to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees and payment processing fees (e.g., credit card or PayPal fees) incurred during the transaction.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for shipping warmers or phase change materials. Once delivered, we cannot verify the storage conditions of the product, which may affect its performance and eligibility for exchange.
