Our Commitment to Fast Shipping
At PhazeLock, we prioritize getting your product to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process to ensure smooth delivery for your products.
- Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM MT.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 1:00 PM MT are typically shipped the same day, depending on carrier pickup schedules.
Shipping Options and Carrier Details
USPS Shipping
- Pickup Times: USPS pickups occur between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM MT.
- Order Timing: Orders placed after 11:00 AM MT may ship the next business day, which could delay the estimated delivery date shown at checkout by one business day, depending on when the USPS truck arrives.
- PO Box Delivery: USPS can deliver to PO Boxes, making it a great option for those addresses.
UPS and FedEx Shipping
- Pickup Times: UPS and FedEx pickups occur between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM MT.
- Order Timing: Orders placed by 12:00 PM MT are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT may still ship same day but are not guaranteed. For expedited shipping, contact us at info@phazelock.com if your order is placed after 1:00 PM to confirm same-day shipping.
- PO Box Restrictions: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address for these carriers.
Weekend and Next-Day Shipping
- Weekend Shipping: We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
- Next-Day Delivery: For Friday orders requesting Next Day Delivery, packages will arrive on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected at checkout (if available). If Saturday delivery is not an option, email us at info@phazelock.com to check availability and any additional costs.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may incur a correction fee of over $27.50 per box from UPS or FedEx, which will be passed on to you if applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Allow a few hours for the carrier to scan the package, as tracking updates may not appear immediately. Check the status later in the day for the most accurate information.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
For non-USPS shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, additional charges may apply. Our shipping cost estimator is being refined to account for these fees, but if additional costs are required, we’ll notify you via email. If you’re not satisfied with the extra charges, we’ll refund your order. Refunds can take 7-10 days to process.
