Wholesale Terms & Conditions

By applying for and/or purchasing through a PhazeLock™ wholesale account, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Account Approval
   Wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

2. Minimum Order Requirement
   All wholesale orders, including opening and future orders, require a minimum order value of $1,000.00 USD to qualify for wholesale pricing.

3. Documentation Requirement
   Wholesale approval requires valid business documentation, including a Business License, signed and dated W-9, and Sales Tax / Resale Certificate where applicable. Accounts without verified documentation may be denied or deactivated.

4. Payment Terms
   ACH is the required payment method. Credit card payments are NOT accepted for wholesale orders. Possibly later we will allow PO purchases.

5. Pricing & Policy Changes
   PhazeLock™ reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, payment terms, or account privileges at any time.

6. Right to Refuse Service
   PhazeLock™ reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion.
